- 4. Optimize your profile. Add hours, insurance, services, languages, and photos, and watch for patient appointment requests in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
Is the free practice listing really free?
Yes. Every U.S. dentist in the NPI Registry already has a basic profile, and claiming it is free. Your Basic listing stays free permanently — paid plans add verification, visibility, and lead tools on top of it and never gate the listing itself.
What is the difference between Verified and Featured?
Verified confirms your identity and business information after our team reviews it, and adds a Verified badge to your profile. Featured is a paid visibility boost: Featured and Pro listings are labeled "Featured" and shown ahead of unpaid listings in the same search. Pro includes Featured plus a lead inbox and profile analytics.
How do patient appointment requests work?
Patients can submit an appointment request from your profile. Once your claim is approved you can see requests in your dashboard and are notified by email. Do paid listings outrank other results?
Featured and Pro listings are shown first within a search's results and are always labeled "Featured". They do not change the information shown for anyone else, and paid status never hides or alters license, verification, or review information. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans can be changed or canceled from the Billing section of your dashboard, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. If you cancel, your listing stays live as a free Basic profile — only the paid features are removed, never your public page or its URL.
