How verification works

Once reviewed and approved, the Verified badge appears on your profile.

Frequently asked questions
What does verified mean?
Verified means our team has reviewed the practice's identity and business information and confirmed that the person managing the listing owns or works at the practice. It is not an endorsement of the quality of care.
How is verified different from featured?
Verified is a trust badge based on our review of your identity and business information. Featured is a separate paid visibility boost: Featured and Pro listings are labeled "Featured" and shown ahead of unpaid listings in the same search. Pro adds a lead inbox and profile analytics.
Is verified the same as being licensed?
No. Verification confirms who is managing the listing. It does not replace checking a dentist's license with the state dental board — see how to check a dental license.
Does verification cost anything?
The Verified plan is $99 per year. See our pricing page for exactly what each plan includes. You can return to the free Basic listing at any time — your public page and its URL stay live.
What happens if my contact details or ownership change?
Let us know from your dashboard. If ownership or contact information changes, we may need to review the listing again before the badge stays on your profile.
